01 / Production brief
Handle empty bottles in an orderly stream, inspect them before packing and protect each grouped layer in a polybag.
02 / Engineering approach
Coordinate the flexible-chain transfer, leak test, reject mechanism and recipe-based changeovers with the selected bottle and pack format.
03 / Delivered scope
A bottle inspection and packing scope rated up to 10,000 bottles per hour, with the final arrangement set around the required bottle geometry.
