01 / Production brief

Produce 500 mL PET bottles at a specified rate of 25,000 bottles per hour with a controlled route through the blowing process.

02 / Engineering approach

Coordinate preform elevation, orientation, thermal conditioning and variable-pitch transfer so each stage supports the required bottle format.

03 / Delivered scope

An automatic blowing platform with inline discharge, ready to interface with downstream inspection and handling equipment.
