THE PROJECT LOGIC

The product
sets the direction.

01 / Production brief

Protect the preforms in a liner and move filled cartons through a defined finishing sequence without confusing manual loading with automated filling.

02 / Engineering approach

Bring erected, lined cartons to a staging area near production. After manual loading, close the liner before sealing and strapping the carton.

03 / Delivered scope

Six automated stations—carton erection, liner insertion, bag closing, case sealing, strapping and robotic palletising—with manual loading between preparation and finishing.
